The agreement

These terms govern use of Introly. By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your company, and we record which version you accepted.

Acceptable use

You may not use Introly to impersonate anyone, or to misrepresent a person's identity, role or employer on a card.

You may not upload unlawful or infringing content or imagery, including anything you do not have the right to publish.

You may not scrape or bulk-harvest card data, whether yours or anyone else's.

You may not use lead capture to collect contact details without the person's clear consent.

You may not resell, white-label or otherwise make the service available to third parties as your own.

We may suspend a workspace that breaches this section. A suspension stops cards resolving and signs admins out; we will tell you why, and you can respond.

Plans, and what each one includes

The current plans, their employee and admin limits, their template allowances and their prices are published on the pricing page, and those figures are the contractual ones.

Limits are enforced by the product, not only stated: adding a person beyond your plan's employee limit, or an admin beyond its admin limit, is refused until you upgrade.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly per active card, not per seat held. Deactivating someone stops the charge for them from that moment.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as our payment processor and handles your card details. We never see or store a card number.

A free plan requires no payment method at all. You add one only when you move to a paid plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your workspace. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, after which cards stop resolving.

We do not refund part-months. You can export everything you hold before or after cancelling.

Your content, and your responsibility for it

The content of your cards is yours and stays yours. You are responsible for having the right to publish what you put on them, including each employee's details and your own branding.

You are the controller of the personal data you put into Introly; we process it on your behalf under the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the service is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires and does not permit us to exclude.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

Each version is dated and stays published at its own address. If we change them materially we will tell account admins, and continuing to use the service means accepting the new version.
